These terms apply to all prize draws and competitions run by Jackreport - on this website, in the „Cercle Privé“ newsletter and on our Instagram and Facebook channels. Each individual prize draw may add its own provisions; in case of doubt, those take precedence. Last updated: 9 September 2026.
1. Organiser
All prize draws are run by CKC Motion GmbH, Fasanenweg 1, 9580 Drobollach, Austria (FN 655635 w), the operator of Jackreport (the „organiser“).
2. Entry and costs
Entry is free of charge, voluntary and not tied to any purchase or other consideration. Entering creates no obligation to make use of any Jackreport service. Any costs for the internet connection are borne by the entrant.
Entry is made by the action stated in the respective announcement, for example by completing the entry form in full or by commenting on the relevant post. What counts is receipt by the organiser before the stated closing date.
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals aged 18 and over who are resident in Austria, Germany or Switzerland, unless the announcement of the individual prize draw states otherwise.
- One entry per person and prize draw. Multiple entries, for instance via several email addresses or profiles, will not be counted.
- Entry via automated services, competition services or third parties is excluded.
- Employees of the organiser and of participating partner companies, as well as their relatives, are excluded from entry.
- The organiser may request proof of age and place of residence. If it is not provided, the claim to the prize lapses.
4. Draw and notification
Winners are drawn by lot after the closing date from among all valid entries, unless the announcement states a different procedure. Notification is sent within 14 days by email to the address provided, or via the platform on which the entry was made.
If the person notified does not respond within the period stated in the notification - within 48 hours for prize draws on Instagram and Facebook - the claim lapses and a new winner is drawn. The organiser never asks for payment details, credit card numbers or passwords; messages of that kind do not come from Jackreport.
5. The prize
- The prize cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or swapped for other items of value.
- The prize is not transferable and may not be sold, unless the announcement provides otherwise.
- Unless expressly stated, travel, accommodation, refreshments and personal expenses are not included in the prize.
- For event tickets, the terms of the respective event organiser also apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, there is no claim to compensation against Jackreport.
- Any taxes and duties arising from the prize are borne by the winner.
6. Prize draws on Instagram and Facebook
Prize draws held on our channels are in no way connected to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and are neither sponsored, endorsed nor organised by Meta. All information and data are provided solely to the organiser, not to Meta. All questions and claims must therefore be addressed to the organiser and not to Meta. The terms of use of the respective platform apply in addition.
7. Content and third-party rights
Where a prize draw requires entrants to submit their own content, such as a photo or a text, the entrant confirms that they hold all necessary rights to it and do not infringe the rights of third parties. If other people can be identified in an image, their consent to publication must be in place. The organiser reserves the right to exclude submissions with unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content without stating reasons.
8. Exclusion from entry
The organiser may exclude anyone who breaches these terms, provides untrue or incomplete information, uses unauthorised aids or otherwise attempts to influence the outcome. In such cases a prize already handed over may be reclaimed.
9. Data protection
The data provided when entering is processed solely to run and settle the prize draw (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and is deleted afterwards, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
Subscribing to the „Cercle Privé“ newsletter is not a condition of entry. If it is done voluntarily, it rests on a separate consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) given by double opt-in and may be withdrawn at any time.
Winners’ names are published only with their express consent, which may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Full details, in particular on your rights of access, rectification and erasure, can be found in the privacy policy.
10. Changes and early termination
The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or end a prize draw at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, in particular where proper implementation is not possible for technical or legal reasons. No claims arise for entrants as a result.
11. Additional terms of the individual prize draw
The prize, the closing date, the form of entry and any further provisions are announced separately for each prize draw. Where those details differ from these general terms, they take precedence.
12. Final provisions
Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law applies, excluding the referral provisions of international private law; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the entrant’s country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
